Versa won’t charge

Got notified yesterday my versa’s battery was low.  Got to work and noticed the screen wouldn’t light up so put it on the charger.  Left it all day, no charge.  Got home tried the charger there, same thing, no charge.  Tried to reset it nothing.  Left it on the charger last night, checked this morning, no charge. Not sure what to do now, followed the instructions online on what to do if your versa isn’t charging and tried to reset it, nothing.

This is exactly what happened to me as well.  It worked fine yesterday.  I have tried different charging blocks, chargers, outlets. Nothing works. It is dead.

I too am having a problem with my Versa charging. My battery was low and eventually went dead. When I got home, I charged it for several hours with no charge. I re-positioned it on the charger and left it all night. It still did not charge. I have tried everything with no success. Not sure what my next step should be.

Same exact problem and I too have tried various docks for charging and repositioning.  Help!

Hi, my fitbit versa original has the same problem of not charging. My battery ran out and I tried to charge after which it is not turning on. I have tried all the things mentioned in this forum but the watch doesn't start. Please advise what should I do next.

I'm having the same issue with my fitbit versa. It was working fine then the battery went dead and won't charge. I've changed the charging cord, try a different charging dock, switched the electric outlet, but nothing is working. My fitbit is approximately 6 months old. Please help its the best fitness tracker I've found so far.

Same here. Haven't been able to fix the problem despite following all the suggestions here. It's been a couple weeks now I'm without a working Versa Lite. Only had the watch since last summer. I received it for my b-day and don't have any receipts or other paper work in order to take advantage of  warranty replacement or similar that might be available

Have you tried holding all the buttons down together for a while until fit
bit logo shows, then put it straight on to charge.

I have just tried this and mine appears to be charging at the moment. Too
soon to say it’s worked but looking good.

Yea I had to hold the back button and bottom button until the logo appeared and then put it on the charger and it charged!!

If you're still having trouble with the watch not charging or the screen not responding, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article.

If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here. it seems that has been useful for other users as well.
