I've had my Versa for 3 weeks and had no problems until today. I Got a low battery warning email so put it on charge. It won't connect. I have read and tried all the advice on the forums, still nothing.
How do I get a replacement as soon as possible please?

@Lynneoc Contact support. They will likely go through some troubleshooting and determine if you require a warranty claim. I always got quick results with the chat option. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
