Versa won't respond

This morning I noticed after taking my watch off the charger that the watch doesn't appear. I have tried resetting and looking for s/w updates with no luck. Please advise

Hi there, @p_kram61. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out. @Guy_ Thanks for helping out!

To better assist you, I'd like to confirm is your Versa is not turning on at all or it did turn on after you took it off the charger but now it won't sync to your Fitbit app?

If it's the first thing I mentioned, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? 

If it's the second one, please try the following steps in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Versa from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.
  • Once your Versa is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

Hi @p_kram61 - have you tried charging from another power source.

When you plug it in it should display charge level or logo after several minutes.
