My Versa is not even 6 months old. It's not working right. It's not syncing, it won't show notifications, it shows me sleeping when I'm actually looking at the Fitbit for the time. It adds steps when I'm sleeping. When I charge my fitbit it adds thousands of steps. I'm so done with Fitbit and their different models but this is crazy and I paid big time for this Versa and it's not worth it.

@sbege welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not syncing nor showing notifications and tracks wrong data.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains a restart process which will be helpful for the wrong data that your watch is tracking. Once you've tried these steps, monitor your Versa for the next 48 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

Mine is just over a year old but from time to time would record steps but not the activity going with it. This was usually just after I charged it. Power cycle and it would start working again. This morning I did 8 miles on the tread mill. Got all done, 16,000 steps which is about 8.5 miles on the tread mill shows about 7.5 miles on the watch. So I always go to 16,000 steps plus. I have a pacemaker so 3.8 miles per hour is all I can do. Got done watch showed 900 cals WT@ usually over 2K. I look at active minutes 67, I started at 4:52 and ended at 7:13 should have been 131 minutes. Power cycled the watch again, Took the dogs for there 2.5 mile walk got done looked at my steps 19,687 well my watch was close to 17k when we left. My wife's watch showed 6,671 for steps for the walk. Now I know fitbit's are not perfect, but it gave me credit for about a 1/3rd of the walk. I would like to think a watch I paid over $200.00 for would last a while. This from a company I lost 10K on their stock, now I know why. I think it's time for a management team shakeup.
