Versa won't sync my steps

As the topic insinuates, my Versa refuses to log in my steps from yesterday. I scored over 17K and it's somewhat visible on the device itself but will not appear in the app. I'm quite upset about that and unsure what to do, I tried syncing it and I finally gave the update a shot but all to no avail.

Hi @N-A-N-A Tryrestarting the Versa 3 a  outlet of time and then try syncing again. If thatstill doesn't help uninstall your app from your phone then reinstall it and log back in and then sync. That should get it. Fingers crossed!
