Tried everything suggested for hours to no avail. Isn't "seen" as available device in bluetooth setup. About an hour slow. It's now in a drawer with the other broken watches.This is my last resort.

Versa Lite will not pair to android phone as of Sunday after firmware update. Versa lite either does not show on phone bluetooth scan, or it the phone says "cannot communicate" when it tries to pair. Everything is up to date, has been uninstalled/reinstalled, and restarted.

That’s correct. Had just done an iPhone iOS update and since then the Fitbit Versa Lite has not worked. Froze mid-sync.

I'm having the same issues with my Samsung S8. Loses WiFi connection constantly, won't pair with my Bluetooth, etc. From what I'm seeing this may have to do with recent updates on Android & Apple phones. Is this more of a Fitbit app issue?
Factory resetting the Versa 2, unpairing & repairing with Bluetooth, uninstalling & reinstalling the Fitbit app, etc. all don't do squat. Sorry...had to get a fitness term in there somehow 🙂
Again, Fitbit app issue?

Similar issue here.
Noticed my versa 2 had gone black screen but managed to get it back thinking nothing much of it. I think I just held the button for a restart.
But now it only syncs when I have the Fitbit app open and I get no notifications etc.
I have Android, have checked latest version of app. Have tried re pairing, force closing the app etc.
Now my versa 2 can't even be found to pair
