I've had my Versa for a year now but am repeatedly not able to sync to either my Windows 10 laptop or Android phone. I've tried everything on the troubleshooting page on a few occasions when this has happened and very occasionally something works out of the blue and it syncs once about every 2 months.
I've reported to Fitbit before and they've sent out a new pebble, so I also don't think that is the issue, but I don't know what else I can do! Anyone else had this issue?

Best AnswerIm having trouble syncing my fitbit versa to my iphone and also my computer. I have tried to soft reset, I have tried to reset going thru the settings, I have tried connecting to my computer, the message I got from the computer is that my bluetooth has been turned off on my versa. I looked that up and apparently that cant happen. have been trying for 6 days to sync. I read somewhere the versa only holds 7 days of data. I don't know what else to do. My warranty from Costco just expired 6 days ago, I have only had the watch for 96 days. Please help.
