I been having problems with versa not connecting. My clock is always behind. I rebooted, deleted app and started over many times. Chatted with customer support twice in 1 hr. Al said and done I got please wait as our teams are trying to get the bluetooth issue fixed. Meanwhile I have a Watch that doesn't work and excersize watch that wont connect to update stats So nothing. I believe I am going to apple. I was happy with fitbit but no-longer. Nothing like having a watch that just looks pretty on your wrist.

My versa lite has not synced since July 22am. Now itcant even be found to sync. Upset! I have it to track sleep because of medical issues.☹️

My Versa Lite stopped syncing with my phone on July 21st. Can't get the weather to come up on my watch now...says it needs to sync.
Uninstalled app and reinstalled. Still the same.

Yes they told me that too but mine won’t Switch off or on it’s stuck in limbo! They are sending me a replacement I would have preferred a refund to get something else

I hope you can get this issue fixed. It sounds like this problem has been around for a while.
