I’ve had my versa since Thursday, during the day my watch will work fine and sync with no issues. When I get up the following morning it will no longer sync, Bluetooth connection keeps dropping (only when trying to sync). I factory reset Friday morning and Saturday morning, spent over a hour each morning installing and setting the watch up again. I’ve spent longer trying to get my watch to work instead of using it. I’ve tried everything, phone on/off, Fitbit on/off, delete and reinstall app, Bluetooth on/off. Other than factory reset I can’t see anything else that works! Very upset and disappointed

Huh I was wondering the same thing as I noticed when changing watch faces after having to start from scratch to pair etc numerous times now that it would last a consistently certain amount of time for each watch face before it stopped syncing again. I'm going to try the watch face you mentioned and see what happens!!

Hi there everyone thank you for your comments about the troubles you are experiencing with your Versa watches.
If the issue continue and you haven't try the recommendations from my friend @AlejandraFitbit, make to give it a try. If this is not resolving this issue I saw it was mentioned the compatibility.
This is one important detail to consider when this type of issues are happening. For more details please review this help article: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Also it is important to clarify the Versa doesn't sync your data through Wifi, this is only for apps, music transfer and clock faces. All activity data will sync in the regular way using the bluetooth of your phones, nonetheless it won't matter if in the settings of the phone's bluetooth is failing, since the app is the one that take control of the synchronization.
If the issues continue, try to pair your tracker again as a replacement device.I'm gonna leave some article that may give you some help:
See you around and once again our apologies for the frustration, we know that this affects our members heavily.

I’ve had my Fitbit for two weeks and it’s been working fine but today it stopped syncing. Last sync was 9.30 this morning and it won’t sync with either my iPhone 8 or iPad. I’ve tried turning Bluetooth on and off and also removed the Versa and tried to set it up as a new device. It gets to the point of connection, tells me that the Versa has been found and then the Bluetooth connection just keeps dropping out and I can’t get any further. Can anyone tell me how to turn the Versa off or do a factory reset and I can try that?

Same problem with my Versa. Won’t sync with my Samsung Galaxy S8+ no matter what I do from restarting the Versa, restarting Bluetooth, restarting the phone, unpairing, redoing WiFi connections, Always Connected on, All Day Sync on, keep Alive Widget on, etc. It constantly gives the exclamation point error notification and flashes Tracker Not Found on the main app screen. Last thing I want to try is resetting the Versa to factory because it took over 3 hours and 7 or 8 failed attempts to get the stupid thing to successfully update when I first bought it...just like my Blaze that had issues. Phone and app have no problem syncing to my Charge 2, and back when I had an original Charge HR and a Blaze, the Charge HR would sync where the Blaze wouldn’t. Seems like sync is a recurring issue with the higher end Fitbit devices. Funny thing, though...Versa has no issue syncing with the iPad Pro that I’m using right now, but I don’t carry the iPad around with me all day.

Hi all,
I wonder which Versa you all have. With or without the payment function. Have been thinking if that specific functionality could be the problem.
Mine was with but a friend of mine has one without that works just fine. Both of us have iPhones.

If there's information (a whole week in my case) that has not been synched, is that in my account? I don't think so. What happens to to the data that is stored in the Versa if I do what you suggest, "Set up a New Device"?

My Versa syncs. Yea. I reset my Versa three times like someone on this thread instructed, and that is what got my Versa to actually synch, and I recovered what looks like a whole week of data that was only on the non-synching device. Crossing my fingers that I don't have the same problem again and again.

Hello everyone. Sorry to hear that your Versa's aren't syncing. Many of you have tried some troubleshoots but I noticed that most are a bluetooth restart or a phone restart. Please do try those suggestions but also restart your Versa by doing the following:
1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
Also remove all devices from the bluetooth settings area on your phone. Make sure that there aren't other bluetooth devices nearby (like headphones, other phones, tablets or mice) as they may interfere with the syncing process. Please do check the links @RobertoME shared in his post as they contain is not all then most of the suggested troubleshoots to resolve this issue. As you can see with @sleepydog57, the restart did help him sync his Versa again (glad it worked for you!).
Keep me posted!

Having the same problem. Won't sync, did all the troubleshooting tips and still doesnt work.
I'm missing calls, notifications, wont track sleep or steps, etc, etc. This is so frustrating and most likely will be returning.

Yup return it if you can. The syncing issue will never be resolved completely. This has been going on since the release in April. Fitbit rolled the tracker out way to fast to keep up with the Apple tracker. I love what the tracer is suppose to do- if it did it all the time. I have owned several ftbit trackers and this was just a big disappointment.

I have battle with syncing my phone and fitbit for some time...HOWEVER, I have figured out that your phone needs to literally be on top of your versa. Just like back in the days, when we had to have our Nokia 3310 phones touching to share music via Bluetooth. There needs to be physical contact with both devices. I tried this and it worked very quickly. Might just be my device, but give it a go and see if it works

Just wait. Just bought my first Fitbit (Versa). The first week the app worked perfectly. Second day into 2nd week, it stopped syncing 24 hours ago. The app says my watch is 100% charged. It's not. My exercise isn't being counted, minutes say zero, though show on watch, sleep not recorded. When this does sync, will it catch up or is it gone forever? Makes it hard to have an exercise plan. I'm more than disappointed with this. Pretty posted off. Get your act together, Fitbit!

I've read these article and tried all the instructions a lot of times but nothing helps. My Versa syncs well (not perfect because the notifications of whatsapp sometimes works sometimes no or arrive 10 notification intead 30) but it syncs only for about 24 hours, then I must restart my phone if I want that all works well again. I red that someone has resolved installing a new background on Versa, I've tried and now I wait 24 hours, let's see if it works or I must restart again my phone 😞 (I have a s8+, compatibile but a pot of people have problems with sync between Versa and s8+, did you know why???
