A few days ago i noticed that the green blinking lights on the back of my Versa watch were not on so it was not detecting my hr. I turned it off and back on and nothing. I looked online and several people were having the same issue and i saw that there was a respinse from fitbit suggesting a factory reset. I tried that and as soon as i clicked on factory reset my watch turned off. It was fully charged (98%) when i did this and now the screen is completely black. Ive tried pushing the three buttons to turn it on for several minutes at a time and nothing. Ive tried leaving it to charge for a full day and nothing. This is very frustrating.

I also have this issue, less than 6 months using it and was working fine until the factory reset. The battery is full and even after holding down buttons, the screen is still black. The only help customer support offered was to “try and change the clock face”. The face doesn't even turn on so that was extremely confusing advice. Fitbit customer support is extremely subpar and was shocked that this issue existed despite telling them that this forum with multiple people with the same issue existed. Definitely a waste of money and of a company, and I will not be recommending.

Versa won't turn on after factory reset. Still resetting(only logo is appears) status from 20 hours. Also no vibrate when I put on charger

Mine was unfixable. My versa was stiluck on the Fitbit logo and wouldn't boot up. So I had no choice but to buy a different device. The versa is such a bad watch, I bought the sense 2 and it does more than is did with my old one

I've done everything and after resetting and pushing buttons per the instructions my watch is completely shut down with a black screen. I'm leaving the country... I'm so frustrated I'm ready to throw the **ahem** thing out and just go with the Samsung watch.

Every feature was working except the exercise feature would not let me select an exercise (walk, treadmill, etc). I called customer service. I was instructed to reset the device and now it only shows the logo! The face came apart on my first Versa 3 so I got another one. I've only had this one for eight months. Worthless piece of junk!
