So my versa stops syncing, receiving texts and running out of battery quicker exactly a year to the day I received and just happened to be the day the Versa2 was launched! 2 others friends have Alta’s which they purchased same day as each other & exactly 1 year and 1 day later BOTH screens went faulty ... coincidence? I don’t think so!!!! I am not buying Fitbit again but will take my business to Apple
Yep, it does seem like too much of a coincidence as I've had the same thing happen, although about a year and 2 weeks. After 4 Fitbit devices over the years I am trying to decide which Apple watch to get.
You don't mention anything about your phone or your friends phone. Are they iOS devices that where recently updated to iOS 13. If so their is the issue, apple in their wisdom made changes in the handling of notifications and did not give developers a heads up.
