My versa 2 has stopped working after being put on charge. I have a white screen that keeps flashing. I can turn it off briefly but then it comes back onto the white screen. Please help

Try to reset the thing 

a long charge 

the usual trouble shooting 

if not get in touch with support - if you are in warranty they should replace it 

they have with mine at 7 months old which got the black screen of death following a firmware update
