How do I get my versa to connect to my iPad so l can change clock faces? I followed instructions and it says I have it linked to my account but when l go to clock faces it says l am not connected. Wi-Fi , Bluetooth are on and l have the app downloaded. I have watch, iPad, iPhone all near router. I have turned off and back on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. I’m baffled! HELP

Hi @Hendog10 - if you are using 2 devices to connect to your watch it can cause issues.
Try turning off Bluetooth on the iPad and restart the watch and phone and then sync.
Only Bluetooth is necessary to change clock faces on the watch.
The phone must have an internet connection, either with wi-fi or mobile data.
If you are having problems with the gallery tile on the phone, try not using wi-fi first but the phone must have a direct internet connection.
Some security software or phone settings can block access to the internet for some services needed by the gallery tile, for that see No internet connection
