Versa2 not tracking activity

My Versa2 has stopped tracking activity minutes accurately. It also stopped auto detecting activity like bike rides. When I manually enter the activity, those minutes are not updated in active minutes. I’ve searched this and tried restarting, reinstalling the app, etc.
