Verse 2 Heart Rate

My verse 2 will no longer track my heart rate or sleep. The settings are normal and haven't changed, is there a simple fix or is it time to buy a new watch?

Since the last update versa 2 heart rate has stopped. Funny thing is I bought two watches (me and hubby) I upgraded from the charge 2

Hubby versa 2 stopped flashing green and no heart rate since April/May '22. He never bathed or swim with his watch
My versa 2 still functions GREAT. I swim with mine all time sometimes even shower with it.
I gave mine to hubby since he does regular challenges with friends.

I have tried EVERY troubleshooting suggested by community and Fitbit Support and still nothing has fixed the problem.
Seems like Fitbit has an issues as too many persons have the same problem and they are not helping to fix it so I am done with them and moving on to another brand. FITBIT not getting an more money from me.

Same here! I never got mine wet....shame. Is there another brand you think
is better? I'm also looking for better. I need a new watch.

I would think about being done with them too, except I can't find another
watch that does the same functions and can go 6 days between charges.
The apple watch and samsung, you have to charge every 18 hours or so.. so
basically every time you go to bed. Well what watches your sleep then?
It's very frustrating. Oh, I've had mine since 2019 and swim and workout
and shower with it. hardly ever take it off except to charge. And it
worked fine. But still.. These things should last 5-10 years, there
isn't much to them.

Unfortunately not many companies seem to make products that last anymore.
