Hello! I'm having a problem with my airpods... Voulme button on my versa seems to not be working with my airpods... They are stuck in maximum volume which is annoying and can't use them

@Aloootka Hi. This is a known issue as airpods are not compatible. Basically, you will get stuck with the volume level you were on before pairing. No way of changing it afterwards.

Hi - I had a similar issue after they had worked initially.  Try the live Chat with Fitbit - they tried a couple of troubleshooting things with me and got them to work within less than 5 mins. GREAT!!!  Hope this helps as I know how frustrating it is otherwise !
