Wake up 50 steps

My Fitbit Versa 2 came set up with a required 50 steps at 8:30 everyday. So each morning when it goes off I have to walk 50 steps regardless of what I’m doing. I can’t seem to find a way to turn it off altogether or stop it from vibrating when it does go off short if taking the required steps.

Help?

Strange I've never seen this one before. Are you certain this isn't part of the current clock face (if its a 3rd party one)? Have you tried changing to a different clock face. That's the only thing I can think of, as this definitely isn't a stock (out of the box) feature.

Hi @Ross009, welcome to the community.

I think you are talking about reminders to move?

Have you tried opening the Fitbit app on your phone - tapping your profile picture (top left corner) - tap on Versa 2 - scroll down to reminders to move. You can't then turn this off using the toggle, or change the hours that it's in effect.

Thanks for the reply!  Unfortunately that’s not the issue. I’ve turned those off. This is one that was preset when I purchased it. The “50 steps at 8:30” is actually a permanent display on my watch face!  So annoying.

Great idea!  Just tried deleting that face and using a new one. Guess I’ll find out tomorrow at 8:30. So appreciate the suggestion.  Thank you.

Yep!  That did it. It was a third party watch face that came with it set. Thanks for your help.
