I just got my new versa, and I downloaded the Walgreens app. Every time I open the app am I Fitbit, it says go to Fitbit app and sync or it just says loading. It never opens. What should I do?

Hi, this seems to me a third party app. Are you on the latest Firmware version? If yes, this app might not be compatible with the new version. BTW, is the name of the app right, cause I cannot see it in the apps of the Fitbit app screen?

When I go to all apps on my Fitbit versa app, I typed in Walgreens and it came up.

Hi, when I type it, nothing comes up. Searching on the Internet gave me one of the answers: "Hi . It would be more accurate to say that the Walgreen app is not compatible with the Versa. The fix is for them to provide. As mentioned, “This is a limitation from the Walgreen's app.”. Hope this helps.
