Watch Band

[Gen-B]

A few weeks ago my watch band snapped off while I was doing routine cleaning/disinfecting. Unfortunately my band didn’t come all the way off and part of it is stuck in the realse of my device. I know where I can get/order a new band from but I can’t order something new until my old band is all the way out

Just an idea…can you possibly grab and pull the broken band with some tweezers with one hand and push the button release with the other hand? Another thought: Press the button upwards and use a safety pin to push it out

Just wanted to check in with you to see if tweezers or a straight pin helped getting your broken strap out. I'm hoping so.
