Watch messed up

1. My watch has a ring around it blocking part of the display. When a notification comes up it turns white and is illegible. Does this every screen I go on. Need help please. Thank you.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Ty I have done it 5 times with no change this is what itlooks like

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, them About, and then Factory Reset.

I even tried that and it didnt work.
