Does anyone know how to get the weather app working?

ive been on the Fitbit app and all the permissions are turned on, I’ve tried to sync and it still doesn’t change from this screen 885B0C7F-382B-491A-BB57-8B3E3AA9682E.jpeg

 

Ive also checked and my location settings are turned on

Hello @Saralouise does notifications and the connected GPS work? 

All three uses the notification services. 

Have you tried forcing a sync through the app? 

Try getting the weather while the Fitbit app is open. 

Not knowing what type of phone. If it is an Android, open the phone settings - apps - Fitbit - permissions
