Hi, in the dashboard of your Fitbit app, press the Calories Circle. You will see the diagrams of your calorie usage from the last week. On top of the screen, just beneath the settings icon, you see a little square, press that and you will see the amount of calories burned in one week and also the daily average. The total amount you see, is your weekly average. You can also see these averages form 1 month, 3 months or 1 year.
