White line on versa 2 screen

Hi, I’d woken up with a white line on the left hand side of the versa screen this morning. I’ve not damaged nor dropped it and I’ve tried all ten troubleshooting. Now it won’t turn on at all. 

any suggestions to what the problem could be?

I’ve had this too ... and like yourself I’ve not dropped mine , it turns on when on charge but then it goes between a green , grey , black or blue screen and it overheats , I’d love to know what’s happened and if it’s due to the recent update

It won’t even turn on now. It’s totally dead.  I’ll emailed and messaged the support so just waiting on a response.

I am now having the exact same problem. Were you able to fix yours?

No it wasn’t fixable. I had to buy a new watch.

If you haven’t had it long. It might be covered under warranty.
