White lines going through Versa screen

All of a sudden, I have thick white lines going vertical on my screen. I have not dropped or damaged it in anyway. Received the watch as Christmas present so only several months old. I have tried changing the watch face. I have also tried a reboot several times. Lines will not go away. Seems to function correctly as it is still syncing with the app. Not sure what to try next.

Yeah like $800 for a watch? Ur better off buying an iPhone! The Apple Watch series 7 and the iPhone 13 mini cost about the same price!!!
