I have followed the instructions to pair my wireless headphone to my versa and it keeps telling me that a device can not be found.  Are beats not a supported Bluetooth device? Can anyone tell me how to get them to pair?

tried all this with the chat person. My Versa says the Powerbeats are paired, but they will not work. Big expense for something Fitbit will not work with.
