My Versa does not want to charge. I tried another charger but still no luck.

Fitbit have a few things to try in their troubleshooting guide at Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

If they don't work then, as it says at the end of the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support.
