Hello. I bought Versa 2 online for my mom, but the delivery man could not get to my house and the purchase was sent back. What should I do now?

Hi @NataliiaB  did you purchase from Fitbit.com or another retailer? Just wondering which country you're in and why the delivery person couldn't get to the house.

Hi! yes, I bought this from Fitbit.com and I live in Canada, Quebec. The deliveryman argues that he did not know the entrance code, although I said it on the phone.
