not syncing

hi the fitbit versa is not syncing with my phone i have a sony xperia xa1 

can you tell me step by step what setting my phone need to be in

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

• restart phone
• restart fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
• restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
• "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
• go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

hi all i just like to say think you all for the big help u all give me i have fixt it and i be use it from tomorrow all it was i had the blluetooth on the old versa, not the versa classic so all working fine now happy days
