After the last update I can’t see a clock display. I can only see the message « go to the mobile app and change clock », but I tried and I can’t do nothing on my phone. Can you suggest me smth, please?

this is soooo frustrating 😤 same thing is happening to me. Says clock error (go to the fit bit mobile app and try another clock) I have tried doing this 100 times! Always says ,install failed, please try again later... I've been trying for days... and have tried multiple different clocks.. anybody have any idea what's going on?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try our restart process and then change the clock face of your Versa devices following the steps that are specified on: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
