Fitbit replaced my Versa as it malfunctioned. My new versa does not have a clock face and every clock face I choose gives me the "This clock cannot be installed on your device." message. I have gone without a clock face for 6 weeks and ready to give up. Any suggestions?

Fitbit support help me reload the software on the Versa and everything started working fine. This is my second Versa. Fitbit replaced my first Versa as the screen went black and it would not respond. Have not had good luck.

I'm not sure what is happening, I generally get this message when there is a Coby ovation problem and it soon clears up.
What did support say when you contacted them?
