I just received a replacement Versa Fitbit (first versa lasted approx 6 weeks-stopped working after swimming with it) which is not installed with whatever latest update is out there; now Fitbit itself is stuck in its Start screen (ie to start, download the fitbit app....) and the app on my iPhone is stuck in perpetual downloading. The only troubleshooting I can do is to completely shut down both devices and restart; shut down the bluetooth connection--yadda yadda yadda. Nothing is working, and this has been going on for 2 hours now. Really Frustrating to say the least...these products are supposed to be user friendly and ready to go! Plus--I cannot find any applicable solutions to this problem within these forums....been looking/researching for two hours, too.
