I have a notification to update my Fitbit versa but it won't connect have tried all the troubleshooters I have samsung s9 what is the point of a notification of an update when it doesn't work 😡

Put your Versa on charge & try again.

I would hold off on updating.   There's a slew of issues with this update. Check out all the posts from last night and today regarding this firmware update.

v32.68.9.15 is latest Versa update. List of updates:  https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1372

 

To check version installed on your Versa:

 

Settings & scroll down to: About.

 

Current version installed is now displayed.

Only issue after update I had was 3rd party clock face would not display correctly but when I changed it? All is working ok.

The firmware versa that you noted is the one I am talking about.

 

There's currently 60 post regarding this update.  Several users have reported that it has bricked their versas.

 

I personally dont want to download a firmware that is going to render my Versa useless.

Just finished with the update. Not sure what is different, but hopefully it will start tracking my sleep correctly again. 🤷‍:female_sign:
