versa won't sync

my versa watch is tracking everything but if I go to the app, my information doesn't show up. it just randomly stopped auto sync although it is selected to do so.

I have tried the Manuel sync each day but it will not sync. 

how do I reset to make it sync?

Hi @katm12  What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

my phone is on the list. it synced for the first week but no longer will.
