Allow us to move or delete Cardio Load prompt

There is a new Activity called Cardio Load on my home page and I cannot move or delete it. I don't care about it. I want to see my Steps on the top of the list and now I can't see them because of this new Activity and the size of my iPhone mini. This is ridiculous.

I thought enabling cardio load would give me a helpful new metric. Instead I get intrusive and extremely inaccurate pop-ups on my home screen that I can't get rid of! Coaching notifications like that should be OPTIONAL.

You can have my vote to remove this too ..I do not need to be having an additional target to meet my Fitbit was not bought for this purpose and any optional extras should be a personal choice for the Fitbit users not placed on their app and be non removable.  I do not want the pop up notification or the cardi load section of no use to me.

Please stop the pushed cardio load comments.  It is awful - it says that I am either under-training or over-training.  It is just useless nagging that irritates every time I check my other stats.  I removed the cardio load tracking so the notifications should stop as well.

I vote for being able to disable it

I had a reprieve from receiving the popup notification for a few hours last night. I thought this had finally been fixed. I was wrong, it is back today. I'm so annoyed by this feature I am seriously thinking of changing my fitness tracker when this FitBit device dies.

Agree with everyone else. I also removed the Cardio load tile but am still receiving the Cardio load pop up messages with no option to turn this off. Messages, unless urgent, shouldn't be forced upon users. I don't need an app to tell me whether or not I feel ready to exercise.

if that banner was just there first thing in the morning to tell me what my cardio load is and then tells me later in the day if I make it or not, then that would be more than enough. But yes, every time I pull up my Fitbit app. It pops up. Sometimes I have to wait a minute or so before I caneven get out of it. I hit the X repeatedly and it just sits there. And by the way, I definitely have mine turned off, I just double checked the cardio load option and it is off.

Just adding my vote to get rid of the extremely annoying "ready to hit your target" message. I'm definitely ready to hit something, but I would prefer my target to be the keyboard of whatever FitBit master computer is sending me this notification. GAH! MAKE IT STOP!!

Here is what else is so screwed up with cardio load. I read in an earlier post that someone asked Fitbit why the actual zone minutes you receive for a workout aren't the right number. The response from Fitbit was that zone minutes that are raised heart rate levels have nothing to do with cardio load.  Cardio is all about raising your heart rate. This is just another example of how inaccurate cardio load is.

I followed the suggestion of an earlier poster who said to comment on Fitbit’s social media pages. I posted on their most recent Facebook post and I suggest you all do the same. Maybe if we make these comments visible to the general public they might actually do something, since they don’t seem to care very much about existing customers.

Please do as the person said and bring up how offensive the forced upon us cardio load tile is. The more pressure they get the sooner they will take care of this obvious problem.  Also please call customer support and make a complaint.

I agree.  I have been a FitBit user for almost 9 years but I would consider changing to another company because of this message.  I have removed the cardio load option for display but the message still pops up.  I really hope this fixed as soon as possible.

I have my own exercise routine established by my PT. This new feature is not only annoying, it’s actively demotivating. I’ve turned off cardio load. Why am I still getting this useless daily commentary from an ignorant AI?

I am sick of having new features that I don't want, constantly forced on me by Fitbit. I've been using Fitbit for 15 years and I wish it would go back in the direction of what it was originally, something lightweight on my ankle that gave me basic stats. Cardio Load and Daily Readiness don't seem accurate at all and I didn't ask for them and I don't want them. I am chronically ill and I use this device to warn me to do LESS, so I don't crash. Refocus your efforts on improving the accuracy of the HARDWARE features, and better material design, instead of making weird and unnecessary new app features and designs. Something that would actually be useful is the device doing a better job of letting me see my current heartbeat, and being able to check my oxygen anytime.

Agreed. It's incredibly frustrating.

I am not on social media but for those of you that are on various platforms talk about how inappropriate the cardio load tile is and how Fitbit does not care about the problem

Very similar experience. For me this appears not only every time I open the app but also whenever I sync it. It generally takes multiple attempts to close it too.

These suggestions are quite annoying and ridiculous. I don't need to be advised when to move, as I do it when I have time, not when the app tells me.

Today I went for a walk and after that I keep receiving message that I push myself too hard and need light activities as walking or cycling. Hmmm, I just went for a walk, but apparently it's pushing myself too hard so I need to walk! Where is any logics in that?

It seems like these suggestions either shame me that I don't move enough, or that I move too much. It's really annoying. I really hope that they will disappear soon.

Please make this annoying message stop.  Every day I have to see this with no way of removing it for good.  This shaming when it doesn’t take into account sickness, rest days, or when the air quality is toxic and unhealthy to exercise in from the fires in LA.
I can self motivate when I need to.

I agree 100% with the above comments:  The “ready to hit your target today?” message is demoralizing and unnecessary.  If there is no fix to disable this soon, I will opt for a different smartwatch brand.

Agreed. I use a Fitbit to monitor my activity and make sure I don't do too much, as that would make me crash. Seeing these notifications when I open the app is demoralising.

literally made an account just so i can comment on this thread and please beg to remove the ridiculous cardio load notifications.

I train really hard most days and do not need to see the words ‘risk of under training’ when I open the app.

It has been weeks of waiting for this dumb shaming message to go away. I'm not sure which engineer wrote it but idk, maybe have a UX researcher involved before designing a new intrusive pop up that no one asked for. Or let us shut it off. We're going on like a month of this, and it's the first thing that's made me want to quit Fitbit. You cannot turn this feature off. The x doesn't work.

Totaly agree with this all the time I get the pop up which I don’t want to see. There is no way of removing it from my screen I hope they will do anything about this

Seems like AI is writing the prompts. Perhaps some human could stop them? Hello Fitbit? Anybody there?
