Doesn't seem to make much sense to me that Alexa would be on Versa 2 but not Amazon Music - It's a key feature of using Alexa! I was going to upgrade to Versa 2 but lack of Amazon Music will make me look for another alternative.

I subscribe to Amazon Unlimited music not Pandora. It seems silly to offer Amazon Alexa but not Amazon Music. This issue is what keeps me from upgrading to a Vwrsa 2 from my Alta HRm

It seems ridiculous that Fitbit versa 2 has Alexa capabilities but not capable for Amazon music. The whole music thing on the new Fitbit is confusing and seems complicated. Great idea of allowing music to be played from versa 2 but TERRIBLE follow through on making it possible. Even the Fitbit app and this post doesn't have versa 2 options.

Versa 2 has Alexa, which is why some of us existing Alexa users bought it. And we already have subscriptions to Amazon Music, so we don't want to buy subscriptions to Pandora or Spotify. Please let us use Amazon Music with the Versa 2! I got so used to it on my Android watch I'm not sure I can go without it.

Amazon Music is one among the most subscribed and popular Music App upon earth. A Fitbit-Amazon talk could lead to installation of Amazon Music App in Fitbit OS. The advantage of this is we can listen to Music via “Offline Music” feature in Amazon Music App via Bluetooth during workout sessions and all other times.

If Versa 2 is Alexa compatible, why the limitation on Amazon music? I’m a Prime member and that is where I stream music. Spotify is a Millennial favorite, I am Gen X and most of us use Amazon. Our Gen Z kids use what we pay for. Allow for this connection in tandem with Spotify and you maximize 30+ years of buyers and users. That translates to more $$$ for your company. Please add this app option for music. It makes perfect sense from a marketing and PR standpoint!

amazon music app is missing in versa 2 and there has been request from users since 2017. all that moderators are saying is it has been noted but not currently planned for almost 3 years and I dont think it is going to be added anytime soon. I purchased my versa 2 only for the phone free listening. Guess I'm returning it.

I am looking to upgrade my Fitbit and one thing that is stopping me choosing the Versa 2 at this time is that it doesn't have the ability to connect to Amazon music. I don't want to have to pay extra for music with another supplier when I have a prime account after all the Versa 2 has Alexa built in do why not support Amazon music.
Is this something Fitbit are going to be looking at in the future, I know from looking at previous suggestions it was mentioned in 2017 but still no Amazon but Garmin does support this feature.

Please provide an app for Amazon prime music. Thousands of people pay for a subscription for it and don't want to have to pay for another subscription service. The versa 2 already has alexa so it seems pretty reasonable to have Amazon prime music capabilities.
