Bring Back the Old Dashboard!

I'm starting a new thread to bring back the old dashboard since the previous one was closed to comments and is no longer being considered by the developers.

I can't express how much I loathe the new "look."  It's cluttered, difficult to navigate, and it enrages me anew each time I go to check if I've got my dot for the hour.  Please give us the option of using the "classic" view.  Failing that, give us the option to remove or edit what we're tracking.  I'm in menopause, but it won't let me remove the Female Health.  I don't track how much water I drink, or what I eat, but those are permanently visible (I could edit them out of the old dashboard).

Please return to something clean and functional.  If not, I'm sure I can find another tracker that will suit.  I've been with Fitbit for over five years but updates like this do not inspire brand loyalty.

I talked to customer service who said some users were “picked” to try the new interface. Eventually the tile interface will be completely phased out and not available to anyone. I hate it.

I've shelved my FitBit.  New dashboard killed it for me.  Just when I'm getting back into exercising too.

I know people don't like change, and finding away around a new interface is frustrating at times, but when the change is bad, the wayfinding is worse, and the features added are a step backwards, this is more than just people not liking something new.

They liked something good that was helpful and works.

These new changes are none of those things. I can't find anything really positive about the new layout.

hire some new UX designers.

Please give us back our previous version before the "upgrade".  I hate this App.  It is nearly impossible to navigate.  You really need a "Search" feature where you can put it what you're looking for and it takes you there ... such as "set alarm".  Why isn't there an instruction manual to help find what I'm looking for.  I was great doing my steps and losing weight (30 pounds), and then i stupidly accepted the new version.  I haven't lost a pound in months since doing that.  My Fitbit doesn't sync anymore or keep track of anything.  I used to love the encouragement it gave me.  Now I just want to flush it down the toilet.  Please give us an option to go back to life before all this frustration.

The new app interface is less useful, boring, and the opposite of motivating.

The sleep score is useless and unwanted. I want the moon pictures back on the main screen and I want to be able to hide/remove the sleep score if you must keep it.

Please reverse all the recent changes.

Bring back the old app or get new app design, or I’ll be switching and getting an Apple Watch. This new app took away everything Fitbit it had going for itself. I’ve always felt like Apple had the better watch. But I choose the Fitbit because of the app and the community. Somebody messed up big time and only a few weeks before the new Apple Watch release. Fools! Way to go to drive away your customers.

Please, please bring back the old, easy to read, dashboard. It is far superior to the 'list' thing its been replaced with. Also the option to switch off the sleep scores which are pointless, especially for shift workers.

I am about to switch away from Fitbit to a different tracker/watch if I can't have the option of using the old dashboard.

The old dashboard was much more intuitive and pleasing to the eye. I don't like having to scroll scroll scroll to find all the same info.

The new app dashboard is horrible! The old one was much more user friendly and this one is such a downgrade! I was going to buy my son a Fitbit for his birthday but now will be looking for something other than Fitbit! Who authorized this change without checking to see if users liked or wanted it? My automatic updates are turned off yet I still got the new dashboard unbelievable! It’s awful!

Please return to old dashboard. You have removed an information I liked and used. Now we don’t see how many calories left when we enter our food. It does but only according to what was burned in the moment but I want to know how many calories is left for the full day and Fitbit used to tell us that. I don’t like the new dashboard enough to not buy another watch if this one brake. And another thing the health female thing is useless to me. I hope there is an option to remove it. Why change something that was working well? Thank you!

I agree with the "Bring Back Our Food Log." This latest log is worse than the one we all rejected.  Listen to your subscribers & let us have what we want, not what you want us to have.

Hi Fitbit! Please allow us to continue using the previous layout in our iPhone app!  The new layout is so annoying, the grid view was so much easier and quicker to find things and much simpler to navigate. I used to use the app many times throughout the day but since the layout has now changed I no longer have time as navigating the app is very time consuming. I miss the old layout and I don’t see myself using my Fitbit for much longer if it is no longer going to be a quick and easy thing for me to check thru the day. So sad about this, being “user-friendly” really does make a big difference. I hope Fitbit listens to the users with this suggestion.

Go back to previous dashboard. The updated dashboard is inadequate. If it's not broke don't fix it definitely applied here because the prior dashboard was not broken; however, it was tampered with and now its not efficient.

Please bring back the old dashboard and the old food log where there was an estimate of the calories burned for the entire day. You keep making these awful changes when people are asking for the old one back. The old one was perfect. If you want to add something, do it without removing the good options. I don’t even feel like entering my data anymore. I won’t be buying another product for sure if this stays. I hate it so much.
