Bring back the old sleep summary page

When I had my Charge 5 and the first few weeks of having my Charge 6 the app would give me a sleep summary page with, Sleep Stages, Time in each stage, Oxygen levels and Bedtime and wakeup all on a handy page. Since a recent update I now seem to get a much more basic three tiles and I have to open each one and look through for all the information.

I specifically bought a FitBit to track my sleep, as I have a severe sleep disorder. The old graph was fine, you could tap a segment and get more details of start and end times to every sleep stage. Yesterday (16/04/2014) there was an update, and now the sleep graph it utterly USELESS, it seems impossible to get any details. Fortunately the sleep graph on the Dashboard on the website still works, but I assume it's just a question of time before that too is "improved" to become utterly useless, and it's much less convenient to have to load up the webpage on the PC as opposed to just having the mobile app.

FitBit, change back to the old detailed Sleep Graph, or I see no reason to ever buy any more products from you. I came here for the sleep graph, and if you no longer have it, why stay?

I think Google wants to destroy Fitbit. I am seriously thinking of another smart watch for my health. This latest update is ridiculous, they obviously don't use their own product. I have been with them for 12 years, it is time to move on. Has anybody tried a Samsung watch?

Agree completely with the masses.  The sleep info update is horrible. Not useful in any way.  Please bring back the old format!!!

Absolutely horrific Sleep graphic interface. Difficult to read, user unfriendly, no percentages shown. Indeed, please give us the choice to revert back to the previous version.

I agree, the new sleep display screen on the app is terrible, please bring back the old version. It is very difficult to read each sleep phase, it's easier when each phase can be seen as before and the Benchmark and 30 day average is also much more difficult to read with the black dots on the lines. Please bring back the old version as soon as possible!

My exact thoughts. My Fitbit just became UnFit.

Agree with everyone on the new sleep format, I hate it and can't use it. Who thought that the change was an improvement? Please bring the old one back! I've come to rely on the old one, it was the first thing that i opened when i woke up. If you don't bring it back, I'll be moving on from fit bit.

The sleep update is the worst ever. I have no need for this product unless I am at the gym. Too bad as I grew up with fitbit when it was first released... yes I AM old.

The new Sleep Interface is terrible! The display consists of all dark, similar colors. The Benchmark comparisons are not even visible! All of the data displayed in the Sleep section is difficult to view. What were the developers thinking? Please change this section as soon as possible!

Another disgruntled user. Can’t stand the new sleep duration format which is much more difficult to use. I’ve been through a number of updates and usually adjust but this one is ridiculously bad, hard to read, can’t get the information is just plan ugly and not user friendly. Bring back the old design! After many years I’m seriously considering dropping fitbit and going with another sleep tracker.

Tbh, the new sleep summary is kinda ugly and hard to look at? I loved the previous one, dark mode, easier to read, nice to have each stage broken down/highlighted and explained. Just a better ui/ux with the previous summary overall. I'm using 2 different activity/sleep trackers side by side for work. Fitbit as the standard. The screenshots of the sleep summaries side by side look yucky now.

The new sleep data format lacks simplicity.

Before, I could click on benchmarks to compare norms for sleep stats for similar aged persons.

The new stats are messy. It's like trying to interpret a. Ekg. No thank you!

I prefer the data at a glance for the average human.

I absolutely hate the new sleep format/graphics.  It is hard to read, and not user friendly.  Had I known this was going to happen, I wouldn't have bought my Fitbit in January.

I’m another user who strongly dislikes the newest sleep graphics. The old blue-screen charts were artwork, very intuitive; the new bar graph is a hideous stereotypical math-class “assignment to be figured out” — not at all intuitive or pleasing to see.

Did Fitbit even beta test this my 13 year old could have done better. Why did Fitbit  feel the need to change? Ever heard of if ain’t broke don’t fix it. What programmer thought this new version was what your customers wanted. Management sure dropped the ball. Maybe you should review their salaries sure not capable of listening to the customers

I woke up today to check my sleep... and... what the hell has Fitbit done!? This is the most pointless update. I can now no longer compare the days sleep, with the list view of the past sleep records. Is that possible to do still, but I just can't figure it out? The new graph is a seriously bad but of design, too.

Was a project manager trying to justify their job by changing things just for the sake of changing things?

Please bring back the original Sleep Stages display, with its clear description of each sleep stage and a readable summary.

Please listen to your users and stop the design changes. The previous Sleep chart was pleasant to view and worked fine. The new design is cluttered and harsh.
Why is Fitbit spending money on design changes that are unnecessary and unwanted? Focus resources on functionality and speed of syncing. Please bring back the prior Sleep chart and stop muddling up the app.

It looks to me to be a cheaper design, I wonder if Google (who owns fit bit) is trying to cheap out On their loyal (soon to be ex) customers 🤬

New sleep stages chart is very hard to read and comparisons to average is of no value to me.  Please return to simpler, clearer stages chart and daily side by side comparisons
