Copy food log from one day to another

Hi there, I would like to have the option to bring/take one day food plan and copy it into one different day(s). Loging food one by one those days I wanted to repeat my plan is time consuming and I would like to avoid it. of course keep the option to add food if by any chance I decide to cheat, just like now. Thanks Smiley Very Happy

Agree.  AND it would be a huge improvement just to be able to go into the foods from previous days or weeks and change the date to the current date (or another date if you're planning for the next day or catching up in your tracking).  The "recent foods" only goes back about 24 hours, and that's if you haven't had to enter foods by ingredient (which takes up a lot of spaces in the space-limited "recent foods" list; e.g. when I go to Chipotle I have to enter rice, beans, sofritas, green salsa, etc., as separate items; same when I get a smoothie with add-ins).  The frequent foods list is super helpful for foods I eat all the time.  But for foods I don't eat often enough to make the frequent foods list, but are hard to look up (or impossible, if I'm having trouble connecting), it would be great just to be able to find another day when I had that and change the date.

It's hard enough to be diligent about tracking EVERYTHING if you're doing CICO as part of your health and fitness plan.  Everything Fitbit can do to make it easier makes USING a fitbit device that much more beneficial!  If I give up on tracking CICO, I don't really need my Fitbit anymore.... Smiley Wink

We all eat left overs so why do we need to recant or search foods over again? There needs to be a way to copy any meal from any previous meal and even have a favorites function with it. On top of this there needs to be a way to move a food entry to another day and/or meal as I've made the mistake of looking at a previous day and forgetting I did that and end up adding it to the day I looked at with no way to simply move it to the correct day.

Please make a feature on the mobile app to be able to "copy day" to log food.  Instead of having to click on each individual item every single day, many of us eat the same thing every day.  It would be so helpful to be able to "repeat" or "copy" the previous day to the next!  THANK YOU!!!

It would be awesome if one could just combine foods to a meal which you can reuse.

I tend to cook the similar but not the same meals over and over.

Every time selecting each ingredient  is very lengthy. Adding my meal as a food will force me through the lengthy process of calculating for every small variation of the meal what exact nutrition values the meal has.

People that meal prep might eat the same foods several days in a row. It will be nice to have a copy feature to be able to copy logged foods from one day to another. It's a really neat feature that MyFitnessPal has.

I know you moderator folks are telling me this exists already as a suggestion but the responses were, to be frank, a little dismissive.

What I'm looking for (and I believe what the other users are looking for) is a way to simply copy a meal from one day to the next by clicking a button to copy meal (which copies all items logged for that meal).

Requesting a way to copy a meal logged previously to a new day or to the favorite meals section of the mobile and web apps. I've been a fitbit user since 2015 and asked for this in approximately 2016. I have received notification that this was rolled into other threads and that this functionality is in the application which it is not.

I can't believe that Fitbit hasn't (and is not planning to) create a way to copy meals from day to day. People have been asking for it for 4 years. This was one of the best features of My Fitness Pal. I guess I'm going to have to stick with them for food logging.

When logging food on my Android FitBit app, it'd save a lot of time to be able to just tap an entire previous meal from earlier in the week to add all of those items again to today's meal, in the same quantities as before, same brands, everything.

I would like the ability to copy a meal from the previous day in the food logging. E.g. a button or link that would copy the meal from the previous day. For example, I could copy yesterday's dinner to today's dinner.

For those of us that eat roughly the same thing, be it breakfast, lunch, snacks, or dinner, it'd be SO much easier to be able to just click to copy yesterday's breakfast to today vs entering each favorite item for every meal. It is for this reason alone I still use (and pay!) Noom, as their meal tracking is much easier and faster.

I eat and drink the same thing for breakfast almost every day and would appreciate being able to have an option to mark M/T/W/Th/Fr under one entry and Sa/Su for another.
