Customizable Challenges (like start date, duration etc)

I would like to be able to set which days I want for a challenge. Not all of my friends work a workweek (Mon-Fri). I would like to be able to make a challenge thats like Thurs-Sun or Mon-Wed-Fri. Or whatever days my friends work during that week. Choose teams and partners.

i agree that the challanges need to be updated to cover more of the activities being tracked.(Miles, Calaries, Floors, etc.)

I was actually thinking the same thing but for the tracking calorie intake on the Hr fitbit. Like a heathy eatting for a week or something.

Would be nice to do a work out challenge most amount of work hours in a week or something to that effect.

I thought that adding a heathy eatting challenge would be really nice.

I agree.

Even a water drinking challenge would be good too?

Have you checked out endomondo? You can do a lot of challenges by exercise
type, calories burned, time and distance.

It would be nice if we could crest and title our own challenges! #pleaseandthankyou

If customised challenges are an issue can we please have a very quick fix 7 day challenge not linked to a weekday or weekend. A large group of us want to do 100,000 in 7 days but can't.

Create group goals, or set a step goal of 70000 for the week. Exercise challenges, sleep challenges, Distance challenges, the list goes on! Fully customizable challenges would be great!

Hey community and fitbit team,
i do luv my fitbit and i think customiseable challenged can improve the fitbit expierience even more.
My fiends and i love to challenge each other but just based on steps? Depending on your job, its quite difficult. Someone delivering mail will easy out-step (is this even a word?) some one working in the office.
But maybe the officeguy is working out in the gym 4time the week, while the postguy is chillexing on his couche.
Would be nice to combine, steps, workout time, floors and sleep in a challenge. Would be great to set the number of days as well.

Would be very nice and ways more challenging than this only step based challenging system.

Hi, another vote for custom challenges, days, steps, floors, etc. Also, how about team challenges with the option of team average or team total winning? The current challenges feel a bit tired and my friends want to liven it up to have fun and keep us motivated!

My suggestion is to have a challenge for everything the apps count like floor challenge, active minutes, calories burned, etc... Or a custom made challenge. This will motivate us more, because we got bored from the steps challenge.

Hi,

Challenges like Workweek Hustle are great but could you add some that don't focus on steps? Might be fun to compete for calories burned or even sleep!

Another challenge that might be harder to intergrate but psychologically would work really well is streaks of days on which you exercise i.e. I could see that I've exercised for 6 days in a row but my friend has a streak of 45

Please add the ability to create customized challenges such as # of miles run in a week.

This request has been out there for years Fitibt Product Management. You need to acknowledge its on your roadmap or give us something to stay intersted in this product. Throw us a bone; 15 users in a challenge, then 20, etc. I am sure many of us are happy to grow with you as you expand your platfrom and capacity yet this seems fundamental to your growth, so it should  be one of your top priorities. Can PM acknowldge when it will be addressed?

I'm tempted to add a comment about how fit bit do nothing every time someone posts on here to get them to take notice. If we all did that, then we stand a better chance of even getting a response from them as to why they have done nothing. What do you all think? It's a great bit of kit, but the lack of providing he customer with what they want is disgusting...

Hate to say it, but look through the thread which is 1000s strong, Fitbit don't care and haven't even acknowledged many requests. I use fit bit for American football and insanity, with players and my girlfriend. Steps is useless for many who are active in this way. Insanity burns 600-700 calories for me, but only 2-3000 steps. I lose to unfit friends on steps but kill them on calories burned... Fitbit is a great tool for getting exactly that... fit!! Steps is a start for the sedentary, but useless for this who are active and want to get fitter in a socially competitive environment....

the ability to join more than 5 challenges, and have more than 10 people in a challenge has been requested many many times, and each time they say it is a good idea, but it never happens

take now for example, I am in 5 week challenges, what happens when they end? I am unable to join any until the 12 hours have passed, by which time, those challenge invites will be full, which is just plain stupid

it can't be that hard to increase those limits, so increase them, they have been requested enough times throughout the years you have been on sale

instead you implement other stuff, most which people are not bothered about

to be honest, your management and developers need sacking, as they clearly are clueless and don't give a crap

it isn't even being considered or declined, still only reviewed, how long do they want to think about it?

Please allow more people per workweek challenge. A group of teachers want to do it!

Until they tie into a new product they can sell us! It's disgraceful that they company pretends to listen to what consumers want.

I agree, great devices! But Fitbit are arrogant to ignore the requests of its customers.....the ones who put them where they are. Bad form Fitbit

I really like the challenges within fitbit and have recently swapped my garmin forerunner for a surge, i do feel more challenges would improve your app experience.

Fisrtly bringing a team element into the challenges, workweek hustle for example, 3 v 3 instead 6 seperate people, this would help people work together

Challenges for certain times of day, so you could set a early bird challenges, most steps by 10am for example
