Improve Charge 3 Clock Faces

Please add new (and better designed) Charge 3 watch faces, as the current selections are mostly hard to read and very disappointing compared to my Charge2. At the very minimum, please add ALL the Charge2 faces, which are far better than the current ones. Think big! Use bold sans serif fonts with clear & legible designs! Thank you.

Today I returned my Charge 3 for the sole reason that it's largest clock face is SMALLER than that available for the Charge 2, even though the Charge 3 has a larger display area. Like others, I wear my Fitbit device overnight, and I can only read the time with the largest clock face on the Charge 2. I can't comprehend why there isn't a Charge 3 clock face at least as large as that available for the Charge 2; there's more screen real estate to make an even larger one. My Charge 2 will have to suffice. So disappointed.

Only this new faces for Charge 3, please! I have the same face for months and the faces in the app are very few... I would like a market with faces as big as for the Versa 2! Is it possible?

Yes please! It's very disappointing that there is no digital display that includes seconds. Instead, if I want seconds, I have to use an analog clock that takes up most of the screen.

Honestly I'm glad someone's else brought this up. Because the clock faces right now do really suck and could be way better. Also you should be able to build your own clock face to satisfy whatever you want your watch to look like.

I agree that the Charge 3 are not a good as the Charge 2. Whether in 12hr or 24hr the hours less than 12 show as military time i.e. 4pm shows as 04:00. That is military format! Why did a zero get add to the front of single digit hour. It would also be nice to have a clock face that had AM/PM settings.

I just purchased a Charge 3, coming from the Charge 2. I can not believe that at least the charge 2 faces aren't available. Users should be able to customize their own watch faces. I need 4 things on my watch face: Time, Date, Calories Burned, and Heart Rate. I'm so disappointed that this isn't available and more so that I can not customize it myself. It's such a disappointment, I am considering returning it and biting the bullet on a different product altogether. It's a shame to lose all the data I've accumulated since beginning in 2015 with my first fitbit, overweight and stagnant, and now I won't be able to continue to improve with Fitbit. It's just a big letdown.

I've been having Fitbit Charge 3 for almost a year,  and never saw new face clocks! I think for what it costs, it would be nice having new cool clock faces once in a while! It's a great tracker yes, I'm not discussing this, but I think people would appreciate more the idea of having more customizable face clicks instead of always the same ones.

If the developers are concerned about lack of space on the watch faces, an easy solution would be simply to have an option to display the day of the week in 3 character format, rather than the month. This would be in place of where the month is currently displayed.

It would be great if this was implemented for the analog watch face at least - this would then be in keeping with the analog clock face of the Charge 2 (albeit an improvement using 3 characters). I also agree that bolder and brighter font options should be available to select if desired. Please, please Fitbit consider these requests in the next Firmware update  - many thanks!

Now that Google owns Fitbit, all they care about is collecting data.  I don't believe the Charge 3 will ever see an update.  Don't get one based on hopes.

We miss out on developer clock faces, so a few more options would be nice. And I just bought a new Charge 3 about 3 months ago, so not due for an upgrade any time soon.

I really love the mod clock face font, but it would be nice to have heart, date and steps on one screen.

Yes please add the charge 4 clock faces to the charge 3. I like the analog face but it isn’t big or bright enough where it does appear so on the charge 4. In the meantime, I’m still waiting for you to allow both my charge 3 and versa on the same account so that I don’t need to constantly remove and add a watch. Thanks!

It has been ages since we have had new clock faces for the Charge 3. Even the clock faces that we got weren't particularly useful.  I currently use the Charge 2 retro clock face, because that seems to be the most functional. 

The Charge 4 totem clock face seems to really good, and even the mod clock clock face. 

I assume it should be relatively easy to do so, given the screen sizes are the same between Charge 3 and Charge 4. 

Please do this, there are so many people who still love and use the Charge 3 daily!

Anyone who thinks the Charge 3 is going to get an update or new clock faces is sadly dreaming.  The Charge 3 had been abandoned.  All they want is for you to shell out more money for a new watch.  End of story.

You should be able to select the 'Modern Clock' face that's available for the Charge 3 right now (it's also on the Charge 4). There's also some great news about the latest Firmware that will be rolled out to all Charge 3's progressively over the next few weeks. What's changed

You can now set alarms on your device and use Smart Wake. Note the following:

To allow you to set alarms right on your wrist, we had to clear any existing alarms you set. To make sure you don't miss an alarm, open the Alarms app on Charge 3 and tap + Set up a new alarm. Tap the check mark to save and make sure it’s set.

Note that you can no longer set alarms in the Fitbit app.

Thank goodness we’ll be getting a update for it. I’ve been waiting for over a year now since I bought my tracker. Does anyone know when the update will be out?
