More clock/watch faces for the Charge 3!

So, the Charge 3 is out and there is a huge let down:

There are only 5 clock/watch faces:

Come on Fitbit...at least include all the Charge 2 watch faces too. We all loved the Charge 2 watch face with the time, date and the highlighted feature (steps/heart rate etc.)

Whats missing:

- Faces with the actual DATE and DAY

- Faces with a DIGITAL SECONDS TIMER

Or to say it again, just include the Charge 2 watch faces. Thanks in advance.

On the main screen I would like to be able to see the time, total steps today, and steps so far this hour. I'd like to see the date too, but if it can't fit on the main screen then I'd be okay about one tap to get a secondary screen with more info (like date and heart rate and flights...

).

I do agree charge 3 needs a clock face with date time and steps!! I so miss that from my charge 2 I almost want to return charge 3

That's great... but after checking them out, I'm hoping more are on the way. I miss the charge 2 faces. Specifically the one with time, date, steps and pulse.

That is the most useful clock face. They really need to step up and offer it for the Charge 3.

I guess we should thank FitBit for FINALLY providing a measly two clock faces that contain the date. However, neither of them (and none of the original Charge 3 clock faces) are as helpful or readable as the Charge 2 clock faces. There is such a simple solution that many others have already voiced: make the Charge 2 clock faces available on the Charge 3. Also, make it possible to create custom clock faces so we can do what FitBit is clearly failing to do.

Completely agree, the choice I've seen so far is pretty poor, but so was the Charge 2 when it first came out, faces have been added over time. But the hard work has been done, the face's are designed, so just port the Charge 2 faces over, everyone's happy 🙂

Yeah, they updated and added 2 i think but i dont like the font for the time. So pass. I guess ill stick with the asymmetrical one without date.

Well... I am looking st returning mine. I am very disappointed with the no date and limited clock faces!! I’ve also run into another problem ...I cannot erase my texts from my fitbit!! I press “clear all” and they go and then within 15 minutes or so ...they are back again! I have been removing these all day 😲 only to have them reappear!! Also.. I am Not getting 7 days on the battery... more like 5!

I completely agree.  I'm considering returning the 3 and buying a Charge 2.  They are basically half the price right now.

The gray info on the clockface is too hard to see.  We need an option for ALL white info for those of us past 40.

Please give us the Charge 2 clockface options.

The new clock faces don't solve the problem -- they just shift the omitted details to be something else.

Now, I like a snazzy design too, but not at the sake of functionality.  If you're going to hype increased screen size and increased resolution, then you need to make use of it.  Just swapping the heart rate for a date l really doesn't sound like they are listening or reading the comments -- it seems like they're speed-reading the title of the request.

They really do owe us more than just silence and lame updates.  If there are difficulties, then tell us.  If there is a timeline, tell us.  If there is a plan, tell us.  Maybe the update today was only a small party of satisfying the demand, but without any dialogue we can only assume the worst -- that this is it.

@KateFitbit-- please help us to get some long-overdue feedback.  Please tell us the plan 🙂

I agree – the clock faces they just plopped on this latest update really don’t address the problems. They are still using the ugly, awkwardly placed, oversized time and a tiny month/date with no day of the week. My Charge HR still had a better clock face than the Charge 3 has come up with and that was at least 2 “upgrades” ago. You’re not quite there yet Fitbit – keep working on it. I would really like to use this new product, but I’ve got to have something that works for me.

New clockfaces (2 of them) are terrible...just bring back the Charge2 faces asap or mines going back next week. 

Digital date, time, steps and HR. Simple and practical.

I definitely agree with Mr Happy, all they've done is swap out a stat on the pre existing faces. Hopefully this is just a quick interim step while they build some more faces but as you said who knows?! Like most people I would prefer digital clock, dates, steps and HR. If I had to choose one stat it would be HR but defo a digital clock

I have only had my Charge 3 a few hours, but I have grown to hate it (due to the poor clockfaces, and the awkward vertical scroll of the activity stats).  I just want the Charge 2 interface on a device with a better battery and sleep tracker.  I will return the hated Charge 3.  Maybe one day they’ll have a device that publishes a skin temp stat.  Until then, I am going back to the Charge 2.

2 new clock faces with date are available now!

I have updated to the Mod clock date design. This is an improvement, so well done FitBit for responding to

the many, many comments for clock faces with date feature for Charge 3.

It is still, however, NOT the design with date I wanted!

My old FitBit had Day + Date (eg Fri 19/10/18) display and that is the display I would like to have.

So, can FitBit please add more clock face designs, to cater for my preference and also, include more designs that have been given here, in comments by others.
