Samsung Health & Fitbit integration

Can we please have something that syncs our fit bit stats with our S Health stats? It's annoying to have multiple fitness platforms especially now that androids are becoming more and more popular as are fitness apps. It would be nice to do it all from one place.

After all this time neither Samsung nor Fitbit people can get this right???!!!! C'mon....y'all will start to loose customers....this shouldn't be such a long process to make it happen.

Would love to sync my Fitbit Aria with S Health app. Currently having to manually log my weight data.

Hi, are there plans to hook up with S health anytime soon? I would love it to be compatible with my phone and I don't want to have to buy Samsung gear bc I like my fitbit.

When you try and sync the sleeping data in S Health you are requested to get redirected to https://redirected.shealth.samsung.com/fitbit but this website seems to be down. I try since yesterday and it's simply not possible.

Anyone else with the same issue? Or is it just my installation maybe?

This should be integrated with the Samsung Health!

I find my S health app on my phone is more accurate with my steps than my Fit bit on my wrist!

Perfect example would be that I was at the Big E on Saturday, I walked an absurd amount...Fit bit has me 16,850 steps while my Samsung Health on my phone has me 19,726. Both were with me all day so it's frustrating seeing this kind of inconsistency. I love having my fit bit but honestly i'm considering jumping ship so that I can have consistency because I do like the S health app. I'm not sure why my fit bit isn't tracking all of my steps or I think it tracks arm movements sometimes... Thankfully I'm not flailing my arms! I really like me Fit bit...I don't want to not use it, please just create a partnership!

Bought a fitbit aria this past weekend just to find out my S Health/Gear S3 data isn't  gonna be synced across, so return it is..

Hi,

I would love to see Fitbit data in SHealth.

I imagine the economics should be in its favour – Fitbit pay royalty, but save money spent on app development, by dropping the app. Fitbit works on improving the hardware only. Implications: Fitbit maintains/improves the Hardware. Samsung maintains the Software. Cheaper for Fitbit?

Btw did this Samsung S Health & Fitbit, etc even happen?

Fitbit doesn't want to share your data because it's worth a lot to them. Their devices are just ways to get your data. There ought to be a law to be able to access our own data, it's our property.

Because of this, I'm inclined to stop using Fitbit products because they hoard my data.

+1 I always have my Fitbit on - I don't always have my phone. I sure can't afford a Samsung Gear device either!

2 years of people posting about this,  seriously? I love my fitbit but want to be able to do challenges with friends that don't have a fitbit as well. We need a way to pair with s-health as well as fitbit

This is really disheartening. I'm loving the Shealth and I'm willing to bet Fitbit isn't budging. Time to sell the Fitbit and get a Samsung product.

I don't know why you wouldn't support your customers. 😑

Any update on the pairing of the fitbit and S health?

I found that I can daisy chain it with myfitnesspal. Connect fitbit to that
and myfitnesspal to s health

I am adding my vote to enable integration between Fitbit and Samsung Health. I tried the app that was mentioned here, but I couldn't get it to work. I'm no MIT graduate, but I think I was doing everything right. Listen, I'm not saying the Fitbit app isn't nice, but the truth is I really like using SHealth. And I would love to be able to get the data from my Surge to my SHealth app.

I need Fitbit to be compatible with Samsun S Health.  According to Human Go360 fitbit stats are not sufficient for me to earn points for my workout. Please me this happen. Thank you

I’m glad the sleep data is able to be transferred but step count would be nice also.  I am really enjoying S Health and would love to see some stronger integration.

RL7, that is my thought as well. There are so many different apps out, they should by default cross transfer ... in my opinion.

I tend to use Samsung health and Fitbit apps at the same time...they are inconsistent and report different findings, but the reason I want to use the shealth app is that it records so much more than just steps on runs, and it has a customisable coach so you can set your running workout based on pace/time/distance/intervals.

If the Fitbit app did what Samsung health did...it'd be fine. But it doesn't...so an integration should be built please.

Adios Fitbit.  You were a great start to fitness tracking.  I'm sorry you weren't able or interested in being a top contender in the market.  This is my last comment as after today I'm deleting Fitbit and my account with them.   Samsung recently joined the constant heart rate trackers market and I'll be going that route as I save for that tracker.  You had that as the top reason to stay with you and now even that is lost.   Good luck staying in the fitness tracker market.  Maybe you'll find a new way to be competitive.

I use a Fitbit Surge and I would like it to be integrated with S Health.

Hi Fitbit,

You guys really need to integrate a sync system between Fitbit and Samsung Health--and not just Samsung Health, but Apple Health as well.

You are losing customers. Maybe you guys can even create a subscription based service so that people who want to sync will have to pay. How could you let money fly by you like that? Be smart....make your stocks rise...we're all losing money here. I've been a faithful Fitbit user, but I'm afraid I won't last for the next couple of years (if you guys don't go bankrupt first).
