USAA pay

USAA is a bank that is trusted by hundreds of thousands of military members, veterans, and families worldwide.  Having support for this bank would increase the amount of transactions used by others such as myself.

This original post came out almost 2 years ago and, USAA STILL hasn't been added.

Part of the reason I upgraded to the new Versa 2 was for the Fitbit Pay, now it seems I can't use it since I'm a USAA member. 

What else can we do to get USAA added?

At this point I've given up on Fitbit. It has been over two years that
we've been posting and being for USAA to be added and they have done
nothing. Not even a simple response to our queries. If you try to call they
tell you to post something here in the forums. I've come to the conclusion
that Fitbit does not care about it's customers or our needs. When my Ionic
dies I'll be finding a different vendor/device to replace it.

Yeah, Samsung Pay is great with Citibank and usaa, way more apps than Fitbit for other things.

Just got my Versa 2 and set it up. Disappointed to see that both USAA and Citi (Costco) is not included for FitBit pay. What Project Manager is slacking on their duties for this integration? I'll do it myself - who do I have to call?

Wow, people have been asking for this since the ionic and still not supported. Looks like Fitbit doesn’t actually care about this feature. Guess I’m going to return my Versa 2 I just got for Christmas as I can’t use any of the pay features which was the primary reason I got it.  So sad Fitbit doesn’t support veterans and enlisted personnel and their family’s.

Can Fitbit add USAA to Fitbit Pay?  I upgraded to the Versa in part for this feature, only to find out it isn't supported.

If it's not added by the end of this year, I think my next watch will be Samsung or Apple.

If this one isn't added, I'm considering upgrading to a new Samsung or Apple watch.

Yeah, I just got mine yesterday but am seriously considering returning it. This is a feature I would use enough to make it that big of a deal for me.

3.5 yrs later.....is USAA supported now?

That would be a big fat "NO". The lack of comments from Fitbit themselves
tell me that it's not even on their radar.

Based on the community forum on USAA and a conversation I had with someone
their who monitors the community forum, it is USAA that doesnt support
Fitbit pay and not the other way around. We all need to let USAA know this
is an electronic payment option we want supported.

I’ve been with usaa since before usaa was a bank. If they don’t add this feature, or at least offer a good reason why not, I may reconsider my bank choices.

Please add USAA Bank to Fitbit Pay. USAA is a popular Bank and is for Military and veterans.

Any update on this? It would be helpful to be able to use FitBit pay, but I'm not comfortable downloading and signing up for a whole other third party app like noon just because my bank isn't supported...
