I was given my Charge 6 as a present on Christmas Day. I wore it on Boxing Day all day and night and noted what appeared to be a pin **ahem** rash and irritation from under the watch itself, not the strap. I removed the watch overnight, made sure it was cleaned and that my skin was clean, then put it on the following day but it continued to irrite my skin to the point where I needed to take it off. It's been off for over 24 hours now but my skin is still red and irritated. Not happy

To add to my post. This is the skin reaction. I've never had this before on any other normal watch I've worn. This is the first smart watch I've had. I've never been aware of having a nickel allergy, could it be that? It's very sore.

Hi, recently my fitbit has been giving me a weird red rash where the watch sits on my wrist. I noticed that the metal charging alloys are not on there and it’s just left rubber. I’ve read that other people what had the same issue. I am unsure if my fitbit is under warranty and if they would replace the missing metal pieces so I can stop getting the rash?

Hello @Hlprosper2003 and welcome to the Community. I looked at your public profile, because you wrote Charge 2 in your title (definitely out of warranty) and posted in the Sense 2 forum (could be in warranty). Swipe down on your screen, then tap on the Settings (gear) icon in the upper right. Scroll down and tap on About Sense 2, then System information and find your activation date. The standard Fitbit warranty is one year, but is two years in some countries. You can contact Support for more help. If you have a separate extended warrant, contact that company.

Hi everyone, just purchased a Versa 4 few days ago and I'm using the band that came with it. My skin is not doing well, and I think I'm having an allergic reaction to the plastic. I tried searching for a hypoallergenic option buy can't seem to find any bands like that. Anyone have any advice or links to one.

Has anyone else experienced this with their new Inspire 3?
I got it new out of the box, wore it for one day in my sedentary office job, then suddenly I noticed the screen glitched with lines, then went black and my phone said it had no battery.
I use the charger from the packet on multiple different outlets, but whenever I connect it, the watch won’t stop vibrating and then the screen is actually burning hot to the touch - so hot I could feel the burn on a finger tip, and it smelt like it was burning.
i think this might be a battery product issue? I have tried the factory/ restart/ reset - it won’t work and actually stings to do because the tracker gets immediately so hit when plugging to the charger 😕

Hi, @lightlydying, welcome to the community, Do not charge your Inspire 3 any more. It appears to be faulty. You should talk to "Customer Support" , work through steps one and two then use the phone (or Chat) for prompt attention. If you bought your Inspire 3 from Amazon an alternative available to you will be their returns policy (depending on where you are).
I hope this helps, please post here again & let us know how you get on.
Cheers

My Charge 5 ECG app does not work anymore. I reset it a few times but it still did not work. After wearing for about 2 hours today, there is a round and red burnt mark on my skin. Exactly where the heart rate sensor is on my wrist. I have taken pictures and will see a doctor tomorrow. Has anyone experience this? Is the burn harmful to my skin?

Only had my watch for under a month and have been getting rashes from wearing it. I have tried not wearing for a day or so and the rash gets better. I have worn fitbits for years and never a problem. Rash is so bad I'm thinking of getting another watch

This happens to me if I wear the same band while working out and moisture accumulates. Try using isopropyl alcohol and a cotton pad to clean the band. Let it dry. Clean your skin and make sure it’s dry before putting the band back on. I do this after every workout or whenever my versa needs charging. Hope it helps.

This is concerning, especially since I wear the watch almost constantly (Charge 6). Additionally, since around November 2024, I’ve been experiencing unexplained pain in my palm when light pressure is applied to that area. I hope it’s not related...
