I've just got a new Sense 2.
All set up, but when I select ECG on the watch, the app opens on the Android phone with the ECG splash screen. Hit the go button and I get a white screen. Do I need to do anything or is this related to the 'no ECG tab' issue?

Hello @martoff and welcome to the Community. Did you do the required set up before trying to take a reading? Please see this Help article with the appropriate instructions expanded for you. The ECG app is a medically regulated feature, with its own terms and conditions.

Thanks - I think i was starting the setup (blue screen with writing) when I got the blank screen.
Unfortunately I now have a different problem, when I select ECG on the watch it can't find the phone!
I can install apps though, so there is a connection.

OK, I now have a connection and the 'Heart Rhythm Assessment' screen (the blue one mentioned)
I hit 'get started' on the phone and get a blank white screen with <- Fitbit top left (that doesn't do anything if pressed!). Have to kill the phone app and restart it.

I am having an issue with the ECG results. I no longer have the option to view results after taking an ECG reading. It workded fine until last Thursday.
Now there is not an option to see ECG under Health Assessments. I confirmed swiping all the way through to the left. The only items that show are Irregular rhythm, High heart rate, and low heart rate.
I have updated the firmware on the Sense 2, uninstalled/reinstalled the ECG app, uninstalled/reinstalled the Fitbit app, confirmed Fitbit app is at most current version, unpaired/paired Sense 2 from my android phone, rebooted phone.
The ECG app is working. It shows when I've been in Afib on the screen immediately after taking an assessment.
However I am unable to get to where the ECG results are in order to download and share with my doctor.
