I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Hi everyone!
I'm glad to inform you that this issue has already been official fixed.
If you're still encountering being unable to log food you can restart your phone and everything should be working correctly.
We look forward to get you back on track.
Thank you, @EstuardioFitbit.
Yes, the log works, finally. But now the calories out in the food budget is completely wrong, 1300 cals under what I actually burned, and what shows in the main dashboard. 😵💫
Hi,
I the recent problem was fixed but now the calories I logged into my Fitbit do not match with the total where all of my data is . The numbers always match. That is not happening now.
After the whole food search not working (which is working as of yesterday for me) the app today is not registering calories in the food app. The app in general is showing the calories I've burnt today just not sending that data to do the remaining calories count. Is anyone else experiencing this today?
Best AnswerHi @pulatgu6. Do you use an Android or iPhone? The food search issue was widespread and affected everyone. I use an iPhone and mine works normally.

Thank you for all the troubleshooting steps you tried.
Could you please confirm if you tried restarting your phone?

So the database issue has been fixed, but now I can't save a new Custom Food. Please, Fitbit, get your act together.
Moderator edit: clarified subject.
