I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

I don't know if this is helpful at this point but wanted to confirm that it's been working for me since two days after the issue arose. Thanks to the team for the fix!

@benpeltz @VRichmond Thank you for your messages and confirmations.
@salfig I really appreciate your confirmation. I'm glad to read that the food log is working again. About the new issue, where the entries don't match the day they were logged, I recommend you to open a new thread describing the issue, so that it get the attention needed. This also helps everybody keeping the Community in order and avoid any confusion.
As mentioned in my previous post, here will only be discussed the issue where the entries get deleted. I thank you for your collaboration.

Best AnswerHere we go again. It looks like the Fitbit software for Androisd is screwing up again. Yesterday, I was able to log my food intake but the calories burned, while showing up in the master list (3400+ cal) didn't show up in the food tracker. Today it is working again. WTF?
You guys at Fitbit need to better manage your software to provide us USERS with the correct tracking. If this continues to happen, I'll guarantee you WILL BE LOSING A Customer. This is also why I have not opted to purchase Fitbit Premium; you and your software can't be trusted!

@Marleau.can @wxchick @ACBlue , Thank you for your messages and feedback. As you are still having issues with the food log, please try the following:
Make sure to have the latest Fitbit app installed. (v.4.58)
Then log out from the Fitbit app.
Uninstall the Fitbit app and restart your phone ( off/on )
Reinstall the Fitbit app and log in.
Try to log any meal again.
If the issue persists, please let us know the phone model and it's operating system version (eg, Pixel Phone 6 Android 11, iPhone 14 iOS 18.2.1, etc)
