Fitbit app - Food Fitbit App Deleting Food Logs Immediately

I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Our team has informed me that this should be solved by now. Please make sure that you have the latest Fitbit app installed. 

If you are still having the issue, please try turning your phone off and on again.

my android is working now

Mine started about 11am, all I did was opened the app, pull top of screen down, click the pink bar to update. I did this a few times yesterday and again today, and for some reason it worked the last timeSent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

There are regularly fitbit app issues and all you can do is sit and wait
for the bug to be fixed. Annoying, frustrating and it isses me off.
Sometimes it's a day sometimes I'm still waiting.

Not usually. It's just hit and miss why we get more frustrated.

The customer support told me that the issue will be until 12 of December.
Until they enroll a new update. But since middle of the day it s working
again
