I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

I don't have pending updates for the Fitbit app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone multiple times. The issue persists.

Thank you for letting us know that your Sense 2 is not customizing your food logs, we are aware of this inconvenience and are working to find a solution as soon as possible.
Two weeks later and it's still not fixed for me. I have installed every update that's been put out so far.

Best AnswerI can finally search the food database now but they broke the "Save Food" button in custom entries! There's no update available and it's been AWHILE now, this is nuts. For the first time in about 8 years I'm considering just changing watches and starting over with something that is accurate and just using an app that is known to work.
Are you able to create and save custom food? The logging works, but the SAVE button in the custom foods is broken for me 😞
Best AnswerI finally got mine to work, by logging out of the Fitbit app, clearing the cache and force stopping it. After that I was able to add custom foods once again. Hope this helps.

Hi everybody! Thank you for your messages and feedback. We've released a new app update (v4.57) Please make sure that you all have this installed.
After the update, please try turning your phone off/on and see if the issue with the food log (save button) still appears and or if got solved for you.

The update has not shown up on Google Play yet @JuanFitbit. If it does, I'll have the phone restarted and see if that will help.
Best AnswerMine is working now. I updated and it still wasn't showing up so I did what a different user suggested and logged out, cleared my cache, then logged back in and it works now.
