I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Is anyone else having issues with food tracking in the app?
It's not tracking properly. Every time I try to add a new item, it'll replace the initial food I tracked in the app.
I noticed that recently that the calories in vs calories out is malfunctioning.
App shows my calories burn on the main page but it's not accounting for it under the food tracker page.

It's 12/4/25, and I cannot log more than 2 food items. When I try to log a 3rd item, it forgets the previously logged items.
I've restarted, I've synced, I've checked for updates. Nothing helps.

Same, just submitted feedback through the app. Likely the result of the 4.58 update added to App Store 17 hours ago. It was working fine for me yesterday, so that’s my best explanation. Hopefully they can issue a fix quickly.
Reinstalling the app did not fix the issue.

I'm trying to add my food and the app will only record two items, any more and it just replaces one. Close the app and reopen and it only retains one food item. I've uninstall and reinstalled, restarted my phone but it's still not logging.

My food tracker isnt letting me add anything. It was working fine yesterday but today ive tried everything from restarting the app to reinstalling it and syncing my inspire 3. Hopefully it gets fixed soon

Howdy,
Fitbit food logging was working fine this morning, but now it seems to be broken. I entered my morning snack and lunch, then they disappeared only leaving my breakfast. No updates for the app, rebooted the phone but it is still not working.

I can’t log my food today. The first two items log fine, then when I log another item, at least one of the first two will disappear, making in impossible to log my full meal.

@Paulus678 Food logging is an app feature and most issues are platform specific. Do you use an Android or iPhone?

Same here, I was able to log the two items I ate at breakfast, but I'm trying to log lunch now and the items disappear a couple seconds after I add them. I have deleted and reinstalled the app twice as well as restarted my phone and the problem has not resolved.

Same. Can’t log anything. I restarted my phone and update fit hit but still won’t let me log. This is painful. 😣 second time now things stopped working in a weeks time !!

I didn't think I had this issue on iOS, but I went back to today's log and have it, too. Fitbit recently had a food logging issue that involved both platforms. Looks like a similar issue. I will report this is.
